FACILITY RENTALS

We offer various rental packages and options. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

RATES

  • Full Day (24 hours – out by noon) - $350.00


  • Afternoon/Evening (6 hours) - $175.00


  • Educational Event/Shower/B-day (4-6 hours) - $75.00


  • Weekend (6 pm Fri – 9 pm Sun) - $600.00


  • Long Weekend (6 pm Fri – 9 pm Mon) - $800.00


  • Funeral (24 hours) - $200.00


  • Funeral Food (Per plate) - $5.00 (minimum charge of $500.00, maximum charge of $1,500.00)


  • Milestone Birthdays (70+ Years) - Free ($50.00 cancellation fee applies)


  • Anniversaries (40+ Years) - Free ($50.00 cancellation fee applies)


  • Outdoor Arena (Day use) - $150.00


  • Road Signs (Advertising of Event) - $50.00


  • Outdoor Power Usage (Profit Company Plug-in) - $20.00


  • Chairs (Priced per table) - $0.50 per 1-day event, $1.00 per multi-day events


  • Tables (Priced per table) - $2.50 per 1-day event, $6.00 per multi-day events


  • Outdoor Stage (on-site only) - $200.00 per 1-day event, $450.00 per multi-day event. A $500.00 deposit is required.


POLICY

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. Both the deposit and the remaining 50% rental fee must be paid prior to the event.

The damage deposit will be refunded following a clean and undamaged facility.

​

Cancellations will be refunded if cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the event. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.

​

Specific rental hours must be met or you will be billed accordingly.
